PURPOSE: A brassiere and its preparation method are provided, to prevent the droop of the breast and to reduce the discomfort due to the alien substance(auxiliary caps). CONSTITUTION: The brassiere comprises an elastic member(40) which is placed the lower part between the internal cloth(50a) and the external cloth(50b) of brassiere caps, and has the convex part(44) holding up the lower part(32) of the breast(30), and whose internal side contacts the inner curve of the brassiere caps. The method comprises the steps of adhering sponge to the gap between the internal cloth(50a) and the external cloth(50b) of brassiere caps; and press molding the internal cloth(50a), the sponge and the external cloth(50b) at 180-210deg.C simultaneously.
