SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DEVELOPING INTERPRETER TYPE CONTROL PROGRAM

PURPOSE: A system and a method for developing interpreter type program are provided to reduce amount of work necessary for embodiment of compiler, interpreter and debugger and time necessary for debugging by using TCL(Tool Command Language) core its functional error is verified at development of control program for a robot or a machine tool. CONSTITUTION: A source code(1) is programmed by an exclusive programming language for control of a robot or a machine tool. A translator(3) converts the source code(1) into a TCL code(5). The TCL code(5) programmed internaly C language is a general- purpose scripts language belongs to an interpreter type programming language. An interpreter(7) comprises a line interpreter part(11) for performing line unit execution by the TCL code, a handler part(13) performing line unit excution of stack control or subroutine call and an exclusive command package part(15) performing exclusive commands. A debugger(9) tracks and analyzes logical errors occurred during interpreting procedure of the interpreter(7) and performing debugging and verification of the errors.
