PURPOSE: A hinge device is provided to use a pan spring to accumulate energy when a monitor is lifted down, and to use the accumulated energy when the monitor is lifted up, so as to reduce power for lifting up the monitor. CONSTITUTION: A bracket(40) forms many mounting holes(42), and forms a slot hole(44) on a rear side, then forms a stopper on a front side. A shaft(32) forms many coupling holes(34). A shaft disc(35) is formed as one body with the shaft(32). A diameter of the shaft disc(35) is extended, and portions of the shaft disc(35) are torn off. One end of a pan spring(36) is fixed in a body part of a hinge, and the other end of the pan spring(36) is fixed to a curling part(38) from the slot hole(44) of the bracket(40).
