Pastes with the sustained release of an osteogenesis promoter which have hig h tissue affinity and adhesiveness to bone, can stably release the osteogenesi s promoter over a long period of time and thus can be conveniently employed fo r fusing bones and repairing a defect in treating fracture, characterized by containing the osteogenesis promoter, a calcium component and a thickener.
