The mobile sprinkler comprises a frame with a hose connection (2) at one end which communicates with an outlet (7) for connection to a sprinkler head. It is also connected to a turbine wheel (10) which rotates a reel (21) for winding a cable, thus moving the frame along. Independent claims included for: (a) a mobile liquid distributing device as described above; (b) a device for turning round cable connected to the sprinkler; and (c) a method for watering using the sprinkler.
