A safety shoe excellent in permeability and waterproofness in rainy weather, characterized in that water channels having an end part opened as a drain hole to the outer surface side of a tip core is formed inside the tip core, a plurality of air leading holes leading to the water channels after passing through the tip core are drilled at intervals, and vent holes allowing the water channels to communicate with the inside of the shoe are provided so that the openings of the air vent holes on the water channel side are not opposed to the air leading holes; the openings on the water channel side being desirable to be covered with a liquid-impermeable and vapor-permeable film.
