PURPOSE: A virtual frequency conversion generator in a mobile phone network using a space wave coupling is provided to use a CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) signal delivered from a base station to generate many CDMA signals(frequency assignments(FAs)), so as to continuously maintain a telephone conversation when a cellular phone user passes through a base station having different FAs and a boundary region between base stations in a CDMA mobile communication system. CONSTITUTION: A receiving antenna(41) receives a CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) signal source(frequency assignment(FA)) radiated from a base station antenna(40) on a free space. The first frequency converter(43) converts a CDMA signal received from the receiving antenna(41) into an intermediate frequency(IF) signal. The first circulator(42) matches an impedance between the receiving antenna(41) and the first frequency converter(43). The second frequency converter(44) converts the IF signal into an FA signal having a predetermined band width only. A high power amplifier(45) amplifies the FA signal as a high output FA signal. A transmitting antenna(47) transmits the high output FA signal with a cellular phone. The second circulator(46) is formed between the high power amplifier(45) and the transmitting antenna(47), to prevent an impedance matching and a feedback between the high power amplifier(45) and the transmitting antenna(47).
