PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bag which can reduce stresses applied to the periphery of a hose connection port and an air massaging device which uses the air bag. SOLUTION: This air bag 20 includes a bag body 20A which is expanded and contracted by the feed and exhaust of air, and an ear part 20B provided at the end of the bag body 20A, with the ear part 20B fixed to a base material 11 to attach the bag body 20A to the base material 11. A hose connection 20C for connecting an air feeding and exhausting hose thereto is provided in the vicinity of the ear part 20B.
