PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct flow control with good accuracy extending over a wide range of a preset flow in a transport liquid pump. SOLUTION: In this controller 4, the range of a flow of a transport liquid is divided into plural flow ranges, thereby performing range setting. In ROM 44, basic tube data corresponding to a flow of a liquid per reference rotating speed of a motor 31, and a coefficient of correction expression corresponding to each range are stored as a table. By CPU 43, a range corresponding to a preset flow input and set from a panel switch 41 is determined, and the coefficient of a correction expression of the range is read from the table. The basic tube data is corrected by the coefficient of the correction expression and the correction expression to obtain the corrected tube data corresponding to the preset flow. A set rotating speed corresponding to the preset flow is obtained from the corrected tube data. The rotating speed of the motor 31 is controlled to reach the preset rotating speed.
