PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply fractionate and recover treatment liquids even if there are two or more kinds of treatment liquids by rotating an inner tank packed with a member to be treated to perform liquid removing treatment and storing the treatment liquid separated from the member to be treated in a collection tank and subsequetly taking the collection tank out of a centrifugal liquid removing machine along with the stored treatment liquid. SOLUTION: A member P to be treated is charged in an inner tank A and a first treatment liquid L is injected therein to be kept for a predetermined time to complete impregnation treatment. Next, the inner tank A in which the member P to be treated and the first treatment liquid L are housed is housed in a centrifugal liquid removing machine M by a crane so as to be positioned within a collection tank 20 and the centrifugal liquid removing machine M is operated to perform liquid removing treatment and the centrifugally separated first treatment liquid L is stored in the liquid storage part 21 of the collection tank 20. Thereafter, the collection tank 20 is taken out of the centrifugal liquid removing machine M in succession to the inner tank A by the crane. Succeedingly, the member P to be treated is impregnated with a second treatment liquid in the same way and subjected to liquid removing treatment. A series of these treatments are successively performed at every treatment liquid.
