PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure stability of a car body at bulky cargo loading time by longitudinally moving rear wheels by lifting operation of a handle pipe, and constituting a shaft distance between a front wheel and the rear wheels so as to be expansible/contractible. SOLUTION: When pulling up a handle pipe 11 installed on a core pipe 10 by adjusting a height, an upper folding-up member 12 installed on the lower end of the core pipe 10 engages with a locking pin 14 projected on the upper end of a long size connecting rod 13 to integrally pull up the long size connecting rod 13. At the same time, connecting rods 7 are pulled up to project obliquely upward to the rearward of a car body to overhang rear leg rods 5 pivotally fixed to the connecting rods 7 to rearward of the car body to expand a shaft distance between a front wheel 31 and rear wheels 20. When returning these rear wheels 20 to a former position (a folding-up state), a lock is released by operating a lock means arranged in a casing horizontally arranged in an upper part of the handle pipe 11, and the handle pipe 11 is pushed down to draw the rear leg rods 5 near to the column 9 side to fold up the rear wheels 20 to contract the shaft distance between the front wheel 31 and the rear wheels 20.
