PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear suspension device which can set the changes in toe and camber and freely select the underfloor space, and arrange a dynamic damper without adding any new mass. SOLUTION: In this suspension device, wheels 2a, 2b and right and left wheels 4a, 4b are rotatably supported at end parts backward of a vehicle of trailing arms 6a, 6b extending in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle, end parts forward of the vehicle of the trailing arms 6a, 6b are mounted on a vehicle body in a vertically oscillating manner, and the trailing arms 6a, 6b are connected to each other via a cross beam 10. Both ends 10b, 10c of the cross beam 10 are connected to the trailing arms 6a, 6b via rotary joint parts 12a, 12b to permit only the rotation around a rotary shaft extending in a substantially vehicle width direction, and a beam body 10a is extended in the vehicle width direction on the rear side of the vehicle of a rotary shaft R2 of the rotary joint parts 12a, 12b. Elastic bushes 14a, 14b are arranged between a pair of the trailing arms 6a, 6b and both end sides of the cross beams 12a, 12b.
