PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a motor-driven blind which calculates the incident angle of sunlight using a computing means and can surely and easily shut off the light of the sunrise and the sunset according to the incident angle. SOLUTION: This control device for a motor-driven blind includes a computing means 6 which calculates the incident angle of sunlight at certain time intervals and a control part which adjusts the angle of the slats of the motor- driven blind so as to shut off the incidence of direct sunlight indoors according to the incident angle calculated by the computing means 6. The control part closes the slats fully when the incident angle is less than a predetermined value.
