<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently remove the slime layers sticking to dynamic filter bodies formed with dynamic filter layers for capturing suspended particles on the surface layers of filter cloth and clogging, of sludge, etc., by immersing the filter bodies into a medicinal liquid and aerating the filter bodies from below when the filter bodies are washed. SOLUTION: At the time of medicinal liquid washing, the filter unit 30 is first immersed into the upper part of an aeration pipe 22 in a washing tank 20 and is connected to circulation piping 23. Namely, the circulation piping 23 is connected to a header pipe of the filter unit 30 to absorb the cavity parts of the respective filter bodies and to pass the medicinal liquid from the outer side to the inner side of the filter cloth. Also, the medicinal liquid in the washing tank 20 may be injected into the cavity parts of the filter bodies by a circulating pump p1 and may be passed from the inner side to the outer side of the filter cloth. The filter unit 30 is immersed into the washing tank 20 and is aerated from below in the manner described above and the medicinal liquid is passed through the filter cloth, by which the slime layers sticking to the filter cloth and the compacted and fixed cake layers, etc., may be respectively efficiently removed.</p> |
