PURPOSE: A cash dispenser in which a bill treatment part and journal paper treatment part have each separate transfer path is provided which can increase reliability by preventing jam of paper from occurring and attain the miniaturization of the cash dispenser. Also the cash dispenser is convenient for paper loading and reduces the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: The bill/journal paper treatment apparatus comprises: a first transfer path forming means for transferring first paper in a state of a roll and discharging to the outside; a second transfer path forming means for transferring second paper in a state of a roll; a winding means for winding transferred paper by the second transfer path; and a printing means each constructed on the transfer path. A balancing member(104) for balancing the transferred paper is disposed on the transfer path. The printing means is a thermal transfer printer(214) and the transfer roller is a platen roller constructed on the side of the thermal transfer printer.
