PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently remove a rubber burr of a metal rubber composite product without damaging a metal base. SOLUTION: A guide pin 36 for supporting a metal rubber composite product 20 is provided on a rotary base 30. Chip holding bases 38 each for detachably holding resin chips 44, 45 are intermittently arranged at three positions around the pin 36. The base 30 is relatively rotated to the product 20 in the state that the product 20 is placed on the chips 44, 45. Thus, upper surfaces 44a, 45a of the chips 44, 45 opposed to the base surfaces 21a, 21b are brought into slide contact with rubber burrs 25, 26 to remove the burrs.
