PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate standardization and to widen indoor spaces by regularly arranging the frames of the room boxes of a box type building across a module reference line, fitting inner wall materials to inner frames, and arranging outer peripheral frames on the outside of the reference line. SOLUTION: The inner frames 50 of the adjacent room boxes 2 of a box type building are arranged face to face across a module reference line 90, and inner wall materials 44 are fitted to the inner frames 50 to form partition walls. Outer peripheral shaft frames 40, 57, 58, 59 are continuously arranged not to interfere with each other on the outside of the module reference line 90. The standardization of the room boxes 2 is facilitated, and they can be efficiently mass-produced. Since the inner wall materials 44 are fitted to the inner frames 50, no heavy column is required, and indoor spaces can be widened because the outer peripheral frames 40, 57, 58, 59 are arranged on the outside of the module reference line 90.
