PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing hardware lightweight, high in rigidity and allowed to use a fastener (a bolt or a coach screw) from either face in reinforcing the frame of a wooden framed house. SOLUTION: This reinforcing hardware for jointing framework wood W to each other almost on the same plane, has outer flanges 3 integrally formed at both side edges of a web part 2 formed with a fitting hole 20 to the framework wood W. The height h1 of the outer flange 3 to plate thickness (t) is h1>=t and satisfies the relation of h1<=13*t, and a distance L1 to the outer flange 3 closest to the center of the fitting hole 20, to the diameter (d) of the fitting hole 20 satisfies the relation of L1>=1.5*d. An inner flange 4 is formed around the fitting hole 20, and the tip face of the inner flange 4 is formed in a uniform face with the tip face of the outer flange 3. A distance L2 to a rib part closest to the center of the fitting hole 20, to the diameter (d) of the fitting hole 20 satisfies the relation of L2>=1.5*d. The height of the rib part near the fitting hole 20 is formed to be the same as the height h1 of the outer flange 3.
