PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the lifting-up of a vehicle by a swing arm by locking the rotating state of the swing arm at the rotating work position. SOLUTION: In a lift device for a vehicle, a rotation lock device 60 is so formed that a lock pin 63 inserted in a pin support box 61 provided in a guide arm 43 of a swing arm 16 via a spring 62 is selectively engaged or disengaged with each of a plurality of stopper holes 64 provided on a radius line about the rotation axis of the swing arm 16 in the upper face material of an auxiliary table 32 of a lift table 14. The swing arm 16 is thus set in the rotation work position corresponding to the lift point of the vehicle so as to be locked in the rotation work position by the rotation lock device 60 in being used in lifting up the vehicle. This constitution can prevent the swing arm 16 from rotating unexpectedly by being disengaged from the rotation work position so as to stabilize the lifting-up of the vehicle by the swing arm 16.
