PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a wide view around a rear wheel by changing a mirror angle large in backing or the like of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A ball joint part 11 provided at the upper end part of an adjustor 1 forming a mirror angle adjusting device is connected to a connection part 35 of a pivot plate 3 serving to transmit the swing motion of a mirror 4. A slider 8 thread-connected to the adjustor 1 is engaged with a ring gear 5 so as to be relatively slidable while transmitting rotary motion. A quick angle adjusting device is engaged with the lower part of the slider 8 to quickly drive the slider 8 in a vertical direction. The quick angle adjusting device comprises an adjusting bolt 91 connected in a relatively rotatable manner to the lower end part of the slider 8, a wheel 92 thread-connected at its inner diameter part to the adjusting bolt 91 and having a gear part 925 on the outer diameter side, and a motor for rotatory-driving the wheel 92.
