PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a propolis composition having extremely low alcohol content and useful as a health food material by including a specific oil and fat mixture to a propolis extract. SOLUTION: A propolis extract is incorporated with an oil and fat mixture composed of (A) a vegetable oil and fat (e.g. wheat embryo oil and soybean oil), (B) a diglyceride (e.g. 1-oleyl-2-eicosapentaenoyl diglyceride) and/or (C) a 6-12C fatty acid triglyceride (e.g. capric acid triglyceride). The amount of the component B and/or C is preferably 0.1-9 pts.wt. based on 1 pt.wt. of the component A and the ratio of the oil and fat mixture is preferably 5-80 wt.% based on the dry weight of the objective composition. |
