PURPOSE:To easily confirm the paper sheet reading state and to ensure the excellent maintenance properties in regard of an inspector which optically reads the paper sheets like the notes, the securities, etc., and then checks the formality of these paper sheets. CONSTITUTION:A paper sheet reader means 12 reads the paper sheet 10 to be inspected, and a formality deciding means 14 collates the reading result of the means 12 with the inspection reference value to decide the formality of the sheets 10. Furthermore an inspection reference value storage means 16 where the inspection reference value of the sheet 10 is previously written is added together with a difference calculator means 18 which calculates the difference between the reading result of the means 12 and the inspection reference value, and an inspection result recorder means 20 which stores the decided formality of the sheets 10 and the difference calculated by the means 18 with correspondence. |
