<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for regenerating thermoplastic resin moldings such as the housing and the sheathing parts of an electrical household appliance and an OA equipment having the coating film of a thermoplastic resin without peeling the coating film and also without deteriorating mechanical strength and external appearance or the like. SOLUTION: In the system for reproducing products from the electrical household appliance or the OA equipment article, the following processes A, B and C are repeated at least once or more times. In the process A, after the household appliance or the OA equipment is put to practical use, the recovered waste household appliance is separated into coated moldings at least having a thermoplastic resin, uncoated moldings and a metallic material by dismantling the recovered waste household appliance into separate materials. In the process B, the coated moldings are crushed to form crushed pieces and at least any one kind selected among a virgin material, a compatible agent and a modifying agent is added and these are melted, mixed and pelletized. In the process C, the pellets are formed and worked to produce the moldings of the household appliance or the OA equipment.</p> |
