PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated cloth generating no dye transfer staining and a method for producing the cloth inexpensively, easily and stably. SOLUTION: In the lamination processing of a polyester fiber such as a polypropylene terephthalate fiber or the like, porous fine particles such as silica fine particles or the like are employed in a surface coating film and an adhesive in order to adsorb a dye to prevent the same from issuing to the outside and, with respect to a dye transferring throughout a solvent at the time of processing, a color erasing method by chemical reaction using org. peroxide or the like is employed.
