PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid spray apparatus for a road surface, which can evenly and uniformly spray a bituminous material such as asphalt and an asphalt emulsion, or the other paving liquid material, and to provide a working vehicle which is equipped with the liquid spray apparatus for the road surface. SOLUTION: There is provided a liquid spray apparatus 1 for a road surface, which includes a plurality of spray nozzle rows each consisting of a plurality of linearly arranged spray nozzles 3-1, wherein at least one of the spray nozzle rows is different from the other spray nozzle rows, in installation angle of each spray nozzle with respect to a surface 8 to be sprayed. There is also provided a working vehicle which is equipped with the thus formed liquid spray apparatus 1 for the road surface.
