PURPOSE: A unit panel for a slip form to form a lining wall of a vertical tunnel is provided to improve the quality of a lining wall and to simplify assembly and installation works to form a molding frame. CONSTITUTION: The unit panel for a slip form to form a lining wall of a vertical tunnel comprises: molding veneer(10) forming a narrow molding plane(11) to correspond to curvature of a frame(1) of a cylindrical slip form and containing a butt rib(12) bent longitudinally; and fixing metallic materials(20) settled to the butt rib(12) of the molding veneer(10) to install the molding veneer to the outer circumference of the frame(1).
