PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet redording apparatus capable of forming an image high in gradation properties and reducing irregularity without increasing a circuit scale or transmission data quantity to a large extent. SOLUTION: A first drive waveform forming part 102 and a second drive waveform forming part 103 form a plurality of different drive waveforms for emitting ink drops different in quantity and a first group waveform selection part 104 and a second group waveform selection part 105 select a plurality of drive waveforms with respect to respective nozzle groups and switch parts 110a-110p control whether the signals of the drive waveforms selected on the basis of image data are supplied to nozzles #0-15. |
