PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge type rod screw-out container provided with a pull spring to energize a push rod in a pull-in direction for forming a coil spring compact, achieving favorable containing effect, and facilitating work of assembling the coil spring with the push rod. SOLUTION: This container is provided with a cartridge 3 having a core chuck 32 slidably inserted into a tip cylinder 31, a container main body 1 in which the tip cylinder 31 is relatively rotatably engaged, and a push rod 22 having a male thread part 22b to be engaged with a female thread part 21a provided on an inner circumferential surface of the container main body 1, and a tip to be spline-engaged with a back end of the cartridge 3, and the core chuck 32 is relatively rotated to be axially moved in the container main body 1 to be extended toward a tip of a tip cylinder 31 or pulled in. In this case, a protruded part provided on the pull-in side of the push rod 22, a lock part provided on the pull-in side in the container main body 1, and a pull spring 23 having a small diameter part to be engaged with the protruded part on one end side, and a large diameter part to be engaged with the lock part on the other end side are provided, and by energization of the pull spring 23, the push rod 22 is pulled in toward the lock part.
