PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate odor generated in a toilet, with high efficiency and to permit long-term use in a toilet seat device with a deodorizing function. SOLUTION: This toilet seat device with a deodorizing function has a suction port 16 provided at a toilet seat body 14; a draft air duct 17 communicating with the suction port 16; a fan 18 provided in the draft air duct 17; an adsorbing means 19 disposed in the draft air duct 17 to adsorb odor components contained in the air; a regenerative heater 20 for desorbing the odor components; a decomposing heater 21 for decomposing the odor components removably attached by the regenerative heater 20; a switching means 25 for the regenerative heater 20, decomposing heater 21 and fan 18; and a control means 26 for controlling the switching means 25. The odor components adsorbed by the adsorbing means 19 are removed and decomposed by the regenerative heater 20 and decomposing heater 21, and the adsorbing means 19 is regenerated. The replacement and maintenance of the adsorbing means 19 are thereby eliminated.
