PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for dropping a liquid seasoning to easily improve the taste and flavor, a liquid seasoning dropping apparatus and a cooked rice forming machine provided with the liquid seasoning dropping apparatus. SOLUTION: A container 12 holding a liquid seasoning is connected to a seasoning discharging port 14 through a flow rate controlling means 5 and flow channel opening means 6, 7. When an object 3 to be seasoned is transported below the seasoning discharging port 14, the flow channel opening means 6, 7 are operated by a signal transmitted from a sensor 4 detecting the presence of the seasoning object 3 and a prescribed amount of the liquid seasoning is dropped on the seasoning object. |
