PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb unevenness, form a gap with a floor base face and improve ventilation and drainage by sticking a cushion material on a leg part projected and formed on the four corners of the rear face of a thin plate brick body, and laying it on a floor base face. SOLUTION: A tile brick 11 as a decorative block for laying on floor base has the upper face of a square thin plate brick body 12 in a plan view a decorative face 12a, a leg part 13 is projected and formed on the four corners of the lower face, and a cushion 15 formed of an impervious foaming urethane is stuck on the end face 13a of the edge of a square. The cushion 15 is contacted to the surface of a floor base having a stretched waterproof rubber on the terrace of a veranda, and the tile bricks 11 are mutually adjacently arranged to form the floor face by the decorative face 12a. Thereby the unevenness of the adjacent decorative face 12a is absorbed by the cushion 15, a gap is formed between the floor base face and the brick body 12 by the leg part 13 to improve ventilation and drainage, and the brick body 12 can be stably supported by the leg parts 13 at the four corners.
