摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particulate material laminating and shaping method capable of achieving shortening of a shaping time and enhancement of productivity while enhancing the accuracy of the contour shape of a cured layer and that of a three-dimensional shaped article. SOLUTION: A sprinkling process for sprinkling a particulate material to form a sprinkled layer, a curing process for curing the sprinkled layer to form a cured layer are alternately repeated to laminate a plurality of cured layers to form a three-dimensional shaped article. In the curing process, laser beam high in rectilinearity and energy beam (e.g.; far infrared rays) lower in rectilinearity than laser beam but having a large irradiation area per a unit time are properly used. That is, operation using a mask having a transmission part having a shape approximate to the target shape of the cured layer and irradiating the sprinkled layer 50 with energy beam through the mask to cure the greater parts 61, 62 of the cured layer and operation for irradiating the cured layer with laser beam to form the contours 61x, 62x of the cured layer are executed.</p>
