A dispensable fluid pre-treatment composition for use in dry-cleaning of textile article processes comprising about 0.01-5.0% each of one or more surfactants selected from the group consisting of anionic surfactants and nonionic surfactants, about 0.01-2.0% amine oxide, about 0.0-1.0% preservative, about 0.01-4.0% alkali metal borate, about 50.0-99.99% fluid solvent, and dispenser for controllably dispensing the composition onto a textile article. |
