PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheetlike shock absorbing member that is manufacturable at an effectively reduced cost, and a shoulder anchor height adjuster. SOLUTION: A sheet has a circumferential wall 54 corresponding to an assembly hole 26 cut in a rail body 14, and a plurality of engaging jaws 56 along the edge of the circumferential wall 54. In mounting the sheet on a guide rail 12, the engaging jaws 56 experience elastic deformation radially inwardly of the assembly hole 26 when passing it, and after insertion return to normal by their own elasticity, which prevents them from slipping out of the assembly hole 26. This assembly that basically finishes when the engaging jaws 56 are only pressed in the assembly hole 26 and that needs no heating and cooling steps leads to improved working efficiency. |
