PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily connect a drain hose to a down pipe and to prevent a central portion of the hose from sagging, by protruding part of a step portion, which is on a large-diameter cylinder side, to form a pocket, providing a stopper at a portion where the pocket is not formed, and arranging a spacer on a bottom of the pocket. SOLUTION: The internal peripheral surface of a large-diameter cylinder 1 is connected to that of a small-diameter cylinder 6 via a step portion 5. Part of the step portion 5 on the side of the large-diameter cylinder 1, is outward protruded to form a pocket 3. Next, a stopper 2 protruding to an opening of the large-diameter cylinder 1 is arranged at a portion of the step portion 5, where the pocket 3 is not formed. Further, a bottom per se of the pocket 3 is slanted, and a spacer 4 is arranged thereon. Therefore, even if a drain hose 9 is deeply inserted into the pocket, the front end opening of the hose 9 is not blocked. Thus, the drain hose 9 can be connected to a down pipe with saved labor, and further a central portion of the hose 9 can be effectively prevented from sagging.
