PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate attachment/detachment of rail. SOLUTION: An attaching fittings 10 is equipped with an attaching plate 10a fixed on a sleeper 30b, a pair of raising sections 10b arranged oppositely on the attaching plate 10a, an insertion hole 10c respectively provided on the raising section 10b, and a pair of T type pins respectively inserted to the inside of the insertion hole 10c. The insertion hole 10c is so formed as to penetrate the raised portion 10b with a predetermined angle of slope. This angle of slope has an angle aligned with the gradient below the rail 4.
