PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent bellows from being fractured in its stress owing to corrosion over a long period of time in a waste heat recovery boiler in which the bellows absorbs the fraction of a relative displacement caused by thermal elongation between piping and a floor casing. SOLUTION: The present boiler is adapted such that a sleeve 6 is fixed to the side of a floor casing 2 through which many pipes 1 such as a drain tube, etc., pass, and a mounting fitment 7 is fixed to the pipes 1 in a flue located at an upper portion of the floor casing 2, and further non-metal bellows 5 comprising a glass cloth, etc., is interposed between the sleeve 6 and the mounting fitment 7, which members are tightened with a metal band 8. Hereby, upper and lower both ends of the non-metal bellows 5 is fixed to the sleeve 6 and the mounting metal fitment 7 with a seal.
