PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which can carry a cargo in and out to/from a motor-truck without the presence of a lift and a conveyor by differentially sliding a plurality of floor members divided back and forth and lengthwise. SOLUTION: This device comprises a hydraulic mechanism in which a roller 14 equipped with a bearing is provided on the lateral beam of a load-carrying platform, and also a plurality of floor plate members 15 divided back and forth and lengthwise toward a vehicle is arranged on the roller 14; the floor plate members spaced from each other among the plurality of floor plate members are selected and connected to each other by a lateral rod so as to form more than one group, and also forwardly moving hydraulic cylinders 12a, 12b, 12c are connected to the lateral rod so as to freely slide the floor plate members per each group; the hydraulic cylinders 12a, 12b, 12c are differentially advanced in one direction by keeping time interval and retreated in the opposite direction by being matched with each other without time interval.
