PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce cogging torque and torque ripple, while holding vertical vibrations of a stator core to a minimum limit, without reducing the torque constant. SOLUTION: In a brushless motor comprising a rotor 10 having a shaft 11, a multipolar magnetized ring-like rotor magnet 12 and a hub 13, a stator 20 having a stator core 22 formed by laminating magnetic steel sheet core pieces 221 and a stator coil 21 wound on the core 22, and a bearing 30 for rotatably supporting the rotor 10 to the stator 20, the core 22 is obtained by sequentially laminating a plurality of magnetic steel sheet core pieces 221 of a prescribed shape in one way at the circumferential position while deviating at a predetermined angle, sequentially laminating and deviating at a predetermined angle in a direction opposite from the midway to form a V-shaped skew laminated core. Thus, horizontal positions of a center of gravity G1 of an S-pole magnetic flux passing the individual stator core 22b and a center of gravity G2 of an N-pole magnetic flux passing the individual stator core 22b are located at the same horizontal level. |
