<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a solar cell module in production efficiency by a method, wherein a solar cell module thermal treatment apparatus is made to enhance the processed module main bodies in number per production volume, without inviting its enlargement in scale. SOLUTION: This thermal treatment apparatus is equipped with an oven 7 provided with a casing 8, where module main bodies are housed as being stacked up to provide a prescribed vertical space between them. A module heating means 9, which heats up a gas that is discharged from the casing 8 and forcibly feeds it is provided. A jet nozzle 94, which jets out high-temperature gas towards the space between the module main bodies, is provided to the module heating means 9.</p> |
