PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To release the locking of a base part, being a cover, by a single finger and to perform oiling through one action without fouling a hand. SOLUTION: A cartridge type service tank is constituted such that a filling port cap 7 situated at a base part 8 rising and falling on a pival 25 is brought into close contact with a filling port 3 of a tank body 1 placed in an inverted state on an oil pan 4 and a lock means is provided to hold and release the close contact state. The lock means comprises a lock batch 31 attached on the tank body 1 side; and a hook fitment 32 mounted on the base part 8 and locked at the lock lot 31. Since through the rotation of the hook fitment 32 itself against a spring 38, lock is released, this constitution eliminates a need for a force and releases a lock by a single finger by any body and prevents a hand from fouling.
