PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frequency deviation detection circuit that detects a frequency offset and a phase offset of a received signal by comparing the received signal with a reference signal at an intermediate frequency band. SOLUTION: The frequency deviation detection circuit is provided with a high gain amplifier means 1 that receives a modulation signal whose envelope is controlled constant and converts the signal into a digital signal, a variable frequency divider means 6 that frequency-divides a reference clock signal outputted from a reference signal source 2, a phase comparator means 3 that compares the digital signal with an output signal of the variable frequency divider means to output a phase change between both the signals, and a frequency offset detection means 4 that outputs frequency offset data from the phase change. |
