PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulating plug which has a simple construction with a reduced number of components and is easier to manufacture. SOLUTION: An insulating plug 40 has an insulator 41, which can be suitably inserted into one side attachment hole 14A of a T-branch connector 10 and has a built-in capacitor 42. A terminal electrode 47 is formed on one end of the insulator 41 and a conductive spring means 60, which is brought into electrical contact with the connection conductor 12 of the T-branch connector 10, when the insulating plug 40 is fitted to the attachment hole 14A of the T-branch connector 10 is formed on the other end.
