<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collection/delivery management system capable of efficiently processing the job of a cargo collecting center by previously obtaining information on the delivery direction and delivery amount of cargos before the cargos actually arrive at the cargo collecting center based on information on the received cargos, and deciding distribution work and the allocation of collection/delivery vehicles by individual directions. SOLUTION: When a personnel in charge collects cargos in the collection/ delivery job of the cargo, necessary information is made into data, a bar code is issued and is added to the cargo. When a handy terminal 11 is connected to on-vehicle terminal equipment 14, data is transmitted to on-vehicle terminal equipment 14. On-vehicle terminal equipment 14 receives the data and transfers it to the cargo collecting center 2 by using the transmission medium of a radio line. In the cargo collecting center 2, the data is analyzed before the cargos actually arrive at the cargo collecting center 2. Thus, distribution work, the procuration of workers and the procuration of trucks transporting the cargos among the cargo collecting centers in respective places can previously be prepared.</p> |
