PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damages or the like of a circuit constituting element caused by short circuiting of a low-voltage side power supply circuit and a high-voltage side power supply circuit. SOLUTION: This power supply device for a vehicle comprises a high-voltage side power supply circuit so as to supply a power from a high-voltage battery 10B to a high-voltage load 18B, and a low-voltage side power supply circuit to supply power from a low-voltage battery 10A to a low-voltage load 18A. In this case, a fuse 20A is interposed between the battery 10A and the load 18A. Current suppressors, such as positive temperature coefficient thermistors 22, 24 or the like, are provided at a position near the load 18A and a position near the battery 10A, thereby suppressing its current when an overcurrent is generated. |
