PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the vaporizing efficiency of liquid fuel by a method wherein a fuel absorber receiving a feed of liquid fuel and dispersing fuel is arranged in an energizing heating element and the energizing heating element efficiently heats liquid fuel by enlarging the area of the energizing heating element making contact with liquid fuel. SOLUTION: A fuel absorber 100 for internal diffusion is wound together with a strip heating element consisting of a flat sheet and a corrugated sheet to form a heater 31 for vaporization and with the fuel absorber 100 for internal diffusion brought into contact with a fuel absorbing substance 29b for a bottom, a liquid fuel vaporizing device 7 is constituted. This constitution widely diffuses fuel, fed to the fuel absorber 29b for a bottom, at the internal part of the heater 31 for vaporization by the fuel absorber 100 for internal diffusion, efficiently heats liquid fuel by the heater 31 for vaporization, and remarkably improves the vaporizing efficiency of liquid fuel.
