PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-scale high-speed transmitter. SOLUTION: In the transmitter 10 provided with a code insertion means, the code insertion means is provided with a code selection means that arranges a mixed code stream in the order of transmission in the unit of codes and selects consecutive selected codes with a prescribed length, an end code identification means that identifies whether or not part of the mixed code stream to be sent corresponds to an end code and outputs an identification code, and a collation memory where a memory address designated by the selection code and the identification code and a code pattern of collation output data stored in the memory address hold a prescribed relation.
