PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the measurement precision of a sensor. SOLUTION: This sensor signal processing circuit is equipped with a sensor part 14, a power source part 11 having two power sources 11a and 11b having the different polarities, a switching part 12 which switches and applies the outputs of the two power sources 11a and 11b to the sensor part 14 in an interference-free combination, and an arithmetic part 17 which calculates the difference between and the ratio of signals inputted each time the switching part 12 switches. |
