PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To timely update an encryption program and a cryptanalysis program as required by which other party than a designated person cannot cryptanalize digital data in data communication. SOLUTION: First a portable memory device 3 is loaded to a transmitter side electronic computer 1 to load an encryption program 4 and a cryptanalysis program 5. Then the transmitter side electronic computer 1 transmits the cryptanalyzing program 5 to a receiver side electronic computer 2 and the receiver side loads it in advance to use it for a cryptanalysis program 6. Then digital data 7 are given to the transmitter side, which transmits encrypted digital data 8 by the encryption program 4 loaded to the transmitter side electronic computer 1. Then the receiver side receives the data 8, cryptanalyzes the data by the cryptanalysis program 6 having been loaded to the receiver side electronic computer 2 and outputs the same cryptanalyzed digital data 9 as the receiver digital data 7.
