PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image heating device and an image forming device capable of preventing the slip of recording material and improving carrying force by restraining grease from infiltrating onto the surface of a driving roller. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a heating body 12, an endless film 10 sliding on the heating body 12, and the driving roller 11 forming a press-contact nip with the heating body 12 through the film 10. The recording material on which the image is carried is held and fed by the nip and the image on the recording material is heated by heat from the heating body 12 through the film 10. In the device, the press-contact force of the roller 11 to the heating body 12 through the film 10 is larger on the end side than at the center part of the roller 11.
